DESCRIPTION:New course is starting on 6th February and will run for 8 weeks till 27th March.Sign up here:https://forms.gle/N6eMGZQVeXAYswud7What it’s about?We would meet together once a week for 8 weeks to work through the materials from palousemindfulness.com“The Palouse Mindfulness course is 100% free and is designed for people who are not able to take a live MBSR course for financial or logistical reasons.This course is completely self-guided (there is no registration and only you will be monitoring your progress\, using the provided practice sheets). If you successfully complete the eight weeks of practice and study and send the materials indicated in Requesting a Certificate of Completion\, we will send you a personal note of congratulations along with a certificate of completion. There is no cost for this. You simply submit your practice sheets and a one-page description of what you’ve learned and how you will be incorporating what you learned into your life.”This course is available to anyone at any time but by doing the course with others will increase the likelihood that you complete the course\, thanks to the commitment you each make to doing it together!Greta from @littlemindfullife will be there to support you on this journey and provide all resources and materials needed\, cup of tea and some snacks *Please note – to get a certification you will have to complete all 8 sessions in a group (or in your own time) and do some daily practices/practice sheets/reading list\, however if you would like to just drop in for a session or two\, you are welcome to and no one will be turned away Let us know if you are joining us!
