DESCRIPTION:WE’RE HIRING… \nADULT’S & COMMUNITY CO-ORDINATOR \n\nThis is an exciting role coordinating our community and adult focussed projects\, providing support for our incredible team of volunteers\, and developing our community outreach\, community events and adult engagement. You’ll be working alongside our amazing Community Hub Team\, including our Community Hub Manager Anna\, youth and children’s workers\, our Faith project worker and a hub administrator..   \n  \nOur ideal applicant will have experience working in the community\, supporting people and teams to flourish\, and making connections / developing partnerships. We’re looking for someone who can support our incredible volunteers to deliver our exciting range of groups sessions and activities for Adults\, and\, alongside our neighbours and volunteers\, develop new and exciting ways of engaging the wider community.. \n  \nThis will be a part time position\, for between 12 and 18.5hrs per week. Working hours may be flexible\, but will likely need to include Tuesday afternoons\, Wednesday morning and Thursday lunchtimes. The successful applicant will be offered some flexible working hours\, a high degree of autonomy\, exciting opportunities for ongoing training and development\, wellbeing support\, pension options\, and a starting salary of between £27\,351.48 – £29\,574.70 FTE per year depending on qualifications and experience. \n  \nWe’re looking for someone to start in Spring / summer 2026 This is a fixed term 2 year contract\, with the possibility of further fixed term contracts beyond this. \n  \nHOW TO APPLY // The deadline for applications is Midnight Wednesday 6 May 2026– with interviews on Thursday 14 May 2026  .
