The successful applicant will be offered some flexible working hours\, a salary commitment to match or exceed the Real Living Wage\, pension contributions\, and opportunities for ongoing training and development. Starting life in 2013\, when a group of volunteers from the local church and community saved our youth centre from closure\, Monty’s was soon reimagined as an inclusive ‘community hub’ for people of all ages and backgrounds. We have since grown to include over forty volunteers hosting a dozen weekly activities and regular community events with hundreds of people.
